J&K Bank felicitates Asian Para Games winner Sheetal Devi of Kishtwar

Celebrating the talent and determination of a 16-ñyears old specially-abled girl, from Loidhar in Kishtwar, who made India proud by winning 2 Gold medals in Asian Para Games held in China,  J&K Bank felicitated her parents at her native place in Jammu.

Extending a warm and heartfelt congratulations to the sports-person and her parents during a visit to her home, Zonal Head (Doda) Fayaz Ahmad Bhat presented a memento and gifts to her parents as a token of appreciation.

Zonal Head also conveyed the warm regards of Bank's MD & CEO Baldev Parkash for Sheetal Devi admiring her remarkable performance."Her incredible achievements serve as an inspiration to all our youth that with strong determination one can overcome any obstacle to achieve his/her goals", he said.He was accompanied by Chief Manager Mujeeb-Ur-Rehman, Senior Manager Raja Singh and other officials from Cluster Kishtwar on the occasion.

 Notably, the Asian Para Games is a multi-sport event for athletes with physical disabilities regulated by the Asian Paralympic Committee that's held every four years after every Asian Games. This year, India created history by ending the event with their best-ever performance of 111 medals.
