Sopore gets sixth ATM
Bringing more and more people on the technological services map of the state, J&K Bank today operationalised another ATM at Downtown Sopore near Hassan Motors.
Mr. Abdul Hamid Banday, Vice–president Zonal Head (North Kashmir) J&K Bank, inaugurated the ATM in presence of Chairman and Chief Executive Dr Haseeb A Drabu.
It was 6th ATM in Sopore and 24th in district Baramulla. With this the total number of ATMs has gone to 278. Speaking on the occasion Dr Haseeb Drabu promised the people of Sopore that 15 more ATM's would be installed in the area in near future.
Dr Drabu said, "Now that RBI has liberalized its branches and ATM policy, you will soon see more 15 such ATM's in the area".
