J&K Bank's branch & ATM expansion in far flung areas hailed
J&K Bank customers while appreciating the Bank's branch & ATM network expansion, hailed the leadership and guidance of the Chairman, Mushtaq Ahmad for initiating various measures for improvement in customer service and reaching out to the population in far flung areas of the state.
The customers of various business units of the bank including Azad Gunj, K B Adda, Khwaja Bagh and T.P Baramulla were interacting with the bank officers at a customers' meet organized by the zonal office, Kashmir (North) under the presidentship of Vice President & Zonal Head, Ghulam Qadir Shah. Business Cluster Head-I, Mehrajudin Kababi and Branch Heads of the Business units were present on the occasion.
While interacting with the customers, Zonal Head informed them that the bank was committed to serve its customers with renewed and improved zeal, passion and enthusiasm.
He thanked all the valuable customers for putting in their faith, trust and confidence in the bank.
The Customers expressed their satisfaction over the services being provided by the bank. They appreciated the bank management for its role of employment generation in the state.
Cluster Head, Mehraj –ud – Din Kababi while welcoming the customers highlighted the achievements of the Cluster and steps being taken by the bank to improve customer comfort. He assured the gathering of providing best services available in the industry and hoped that the customers will continue to support the bank.
The customers put forward some valid suggestions on the occasion which were duly taken note of by the Bank officials.
Meanwhile, the Bank organized such customer meet at Mahore in District Reasi also. About 150 persons from a cross-section of society like businessmen, students, Government employees, Sarpanches and Panches attended the meet at PWD Dak bungalow.
Zonal Head Jammu west Mr. R K Chhibber presided over the meet.
He gave detailed account of the tailor-made schemes of the bank suitable for economic upliftment of the people.
He urged the participants particularly educated youth to avail the benefits of these schemes especially Seed Capital Scheme under (SKEWPY).
The opening of Chasana and Bagga units, he said, will help the people to avail the services at their door steps. Customers praised the initiative taken by bank in the field of employment generation and economic upliftment of rural masses. They also demanded installation of ATM at Mahore.
Cluster Head Reasi P P Gupta also highlighted various loan and deposit schemes of the bank on the occasion. Branch Head BU Mahore Anil sharma thanked the participants for their valuable suggestions.
