With a purpose to develop everlasting relationship with customers, to receive timely feed back of its products and enhance a brand loyal customer base, J&K bank cluster office Shopian organized customer meets at five business units in past three weeks. The branch offices where such meets were held include Imamsahib, Herman, Newa, Ratnipora and Zainapora. A good number of customers from different sections of the society attended these meets. The customers were apprised about the purpose and importance of such meets and were encouraged to come forward with their valuable suggestions for betterment in products and services.
The participants hailed the services of the bank and cooperation of the staff. Besides participants also appreciated the role of bank in the upliftment and empowerment of under-privileged sections of the society. A few demands put forward during these interactions include installation of ATM's and anywhere banking facilities.
Cluster head Shopian/Pulwama Mr. Gh. Rasool Bhat presided over all these meets and assured his full cooperation and support to customers. He also affirmed that the organization is keen to take all possible measures oriented towards empowerment and economic independence of the people.
