J&K Bank RSETIs conduct training courses on willow wicker, crewel
J&K Bank RSETI Ganderbal concluded its week-long training programme titled ‘Skill Development Course' regarding Willow Wicker in which twenty youth from BPL category participated. Speaking at the valedictory session of the course, Director RSETI Altaf Hussain Mir said, "J&K Bank has conceived of the RSETIs as entrepreneur feeders for the local economy and we have designed our courses accordingly with special focus on current market practices."
He urged the trainees to avail the benefits of training for self-employment and secured future.
Director RSETI awarded Certificates of Participation to the trainees on the occasion.
Meanwhile, RSETI Kupwara commenced its second ‘Skill Development Course' in Crewel and Chain Stitch today at the institute. Thirty trainees from far flung areas of the district shall attend the 10-days long programme.
Cluster Head Kupwara Mohammad Younis Pattoo inaugurated the programme.
Addressing trainees and other guests he stressed upon the participants to take the trainings seriously so that they were able to provide employment to others besides employing themselves.
Earlier, Director RSETI assured the participants of every endeavour to make them familiar with basic banking services, facilities and different modes of transactions during the programme.
