JK Bank RSETI Shopian concludes entrepreneurship development programme
JKB RSETI Shopian concluded a 10 day programme on Entrepreneurship Development which was attended by 42 candidates undergraduate and graduate candidates hailing from rural areas of Shopian. Speaking on the valedictory function, Asstt. Commissioner Development/Project Officer DRDA, ShabirHussainBhat said that the youth must not waste time in searching for government jobs but take benefit of the various Government sponsored schemes and start their self employment ventures for which the institutes like RSETI are not only guiding but giving a technical escort for two years.
"The RSETI is an initiative to reduce the unemployment throughout the country by imparting skill development training and helping the trainees to set up their own business units," he said and exhorted the trainees to cease the opportunity and explore their hidden talent which has been honed during these ten days of training and become the part of economic development. He assured the trainees that DRDA will be all out to help them in every which way they may need it. After interacting with the trainees he distributed Certificates of Participation to the trainees.
Director RSETI, Aijaz Banday hoped that the training imparted would have changed the mindset of the trainees as was evident from the behavioral change of trainees. He assured the trainees that RSETI will extend all possible help in providing with necessary inputs required for setting of Self employment ventures from different sources.
