JK Bank RSETI commences training session at Baramulla
J&K Bank Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) Baramulla today commenced the training session on ‘Entrepreneurship Development in Handicraft Sector' for its 2nd batch of unemployed youth who were sponsored by DRDA Baramulla.
H O D Commerce Department, Degree College Fayaz Ahmad Nika after inaugurating the session delivered his lecture on ‘Entrepreneurship and its impact' on the development of our individual and state economy.
He said, "The most sustainable solution to the menace of growing unemployment is entrepreneurship for it produces employers and not employees."
Speaking on the occasion, Director RSETI Riaz Ahmad Mir said, "Our job here is to transform jobseekers into job providers. We provide trainings free of cost, give free meals to trainees and through hand holding help them till they start and sustain their own enterprise."
Muzafar Hurra A P O of DRDA explained in detail the economic scenario and means of its development in District Baramulla. He thanked the participants and J & K Bank for taking up this noble project on priority basis.
