J&K Bank organizes customer meet at Safapora & Barosa
With a view to know customer perceptions and to further strengthen bonds with its client base, J&K Bank organized customer meets at Safapora and Barosa, North Kashmir. Meets were presided over by Mr. Mohammad Amin Khan, Cluster Head, Cluster - III Kashmir Central.
"The thought behind organizing customer meets at these places is to discuss the issues and grievances of our valued customers," said Mr Khan. Customers during the meet at Barosa requested the cluster head to put the branch on core banking solution (FINACLE) immediately so that a/c holders can get all the facilities provided in the CBS branch. They also insisted for ATM facility for their respective areas. Cluster Head assured that the bank would be very soon providing hi-tech infrastructure to the branch for the convenience of the customers.
Meanwhile, customers during the meet at Safapora, hailed the services rendered by the bank. They appreciated that the bank branch was put on core banking solution, which has enabled them to avail all banking facilities at a greater speed. However, the customers demanded the installation of ATM at the place which is at arms length from the present Business Unit. The Cluster Head assured the customers that installation of ATM will be considered and customer satisfaction will be turned into customer delight.
