The Jammu & Kashmir Bank organised a customer meet at its business unit Chasana(Reasi) in which customers belonging to various sectors of economy were present. The meeting was presided over by Vice President of the bank R.K. Chibber.
R. K. Chibber apprised the customers about various deposit as well as loan schemes of the Bank. He urged them to take benefit of various government sponsored subsidy linked schemes for self employment generation. The vice president highlighted Sher -i- Kashmir employment and welfare programme for youth (SKEWPY) and asked them to avail benefits of Seed Capital Fund Scheme. He also apprised the customers of DRI Advances for weaker section of the society.
Prem Parkash Gupta Cluster Head of the bank who was also present on the occasion interacted with customers on various issues. Among prominent persons six Sarpanchs and panches also spoke on the occasion. Notably, this remotely located branch was electronically inaugurated by the Chief minister on 14.07.11 at the bank's headquarters, Srinagar.
Branch Head Rakesh Kumar thanked the people for their participation and assured them for best services.
