JK Bank holds customer meet at Karan Nagar
J&K Bank organized a customer meet at its Gole Market, Karan Nagar branch here on Thursday October 8.
Presided over by Fazl-e-Mehboob Gani, Zonal Head, Kashmir Central, the meeting apart from scores of customers was attended by Mohammed Abdullah Chaloo, Cluster Head and Manzoor A. Suherwardi, branch head, Gole Market.
The meeting was held in a congenial atmosphere displaying a healthy sign of strong Bank-Customer relationship.
Expressing their views and suggestions, customers urged the Bank to increase cash withdrawal limit through ATMs to Rs.50000/-.
Though majority of the customers expressed their satisfaction over the product offerings and services of the Bank but some stressed on the need to address shortage of staff at branches to help employees understand customer needs better and to deal with the growing customer expectations in a more comfortable, attentive and professional manner. Zonal Head MF Gani in his address while pledging maximum possible cooperation to the customers assured them of taking up their genuine demands with the competent authority. Stating that the Bank was committed to provide empowering financial solutions and quality services to its customers, Gani said, "The guiding philosophy of our products and services is our commitment to empower the people of J&K. The designing of products related to our state's specific economic activities, numerous CSR initiatives and above all our local but creative response to the recent recession are a clear reflection of that commitment.
