JK Bank holds customer meet at Hazratbal branch
In an effort to further strengthen relationship with its clients and serve them more effectively, J&K Bank business Unit University Campus organized a customer meet. The meeting was presided over by Zonal Head, Central Zone Kashmir Fazle-Mehboob Gani and a good number of customers of the bank participated in the meeting.
Cluster Head Mohammad Amin Khan who was also present on the occasion, gave a brief about the purpose of holding customer meets. He requested them to put forth their suggestions and complaints if any so that improvement in customer services are ensured.
Zonal Head Fazle-Mehboob Gani threw light on the objective of customer meet and told that both banks and branches are increasing day by day, even product segmentation has also increased which has resulted in more customer expectation. "J&K Bank has tailored schemes in deposit as well as in loan segments according to the needs of its customers and every effort is nbeing put in to ensure smooth and hassle free world class banking services are extended to you," he said while interacting with the customers present on the occasion. "I would be glad if you come out with genuine grievances so that those are rectified to create a healthy relationship between bank and clients", he said. He also expressed his gratitude towards the customers for their full cooperation and support towards the Branch. Cluster Head Mohammad Amin Khan, during his interaction with the customers, described customers as the real pillars of the Bank's success. He assured that customer satisfaction will be converted into customer delight. He desired that regular customer meets should be ensured by the branch.

He also briefed the customers that Financial Service Division has started functioning in the branch which will provide various financial services such as depository, mutual funds etc.
