JK Bank holds customer meet at Anantnag
Continuing with its customer meet spree, J&K Bank organized yet another interactive session with customers at its T.P Anantnag branch on Monday. The meeting was presided over by Mr B A Lone, Vice President & Zonal Head Kashmir South.
The meeting saw customers, present in large numbers, putting forth their grievances and suggestions in a cordial atmosphere. Bank officials present on the occasion listened to them patiently, took note of their grievances and initiated on-the-spot action to redress them.
In his address, Zonal Head appreciated the customers for coming forward and providing valuable suggestions and feedback. "Your feedback provides valuable inputs to our product development, service improvement and business expansion initiatives. A strong and progressive J&K Bank has its basis in the faith you have in it and the ever increasing emotional equity of the people of Kashmir in this institution", Zonal Head stressed. Mr Lone also discussed at length the various products and services offered by the Bank saying, "We have specialized products that are highly customized to suit requirements of specific target groups. Avail them and see the changes they bring in your lives".
He also assured the gathering of taking up various issues facing customers especially the business community in district Anantnag with the top management.
Earlier, branch head Mr. Imtiyaz A Hussaini welcomed the participants and apprised them of the purpose of conducting such meetings. "It is all about customer satisfaction", he stated.
The two-hour long meet was concluded with a vote of thanks from Mr Gh Mohiuddin Rather, Cluster Head – I, South Zone.
