J&K Bank has undertaken a major expansion plan under which more than 100 Business units (B/U) will be made operational by the end of current financial year taking total number of B/Us to over 600 besides opening of more ATM's across the country.
This was stated by Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Chairman & CEO while dedicating model B/U Shalamar Road Jammu to the people of the state during a simple but impressive function.
The Chairman urged customers to make use of Bank's state-of-the-art banking and other financial services.
Technology has brought ease and efficiency in the delivery of banking services and has revolutionized the interface between the Bank and its customers, he said.
The function was attended by valued customers besides Zonal Head Jammu Central, O.P. Sharma, Chairman J&K Grameen Bank Raja Abdul Latif, Vice President Nishi Baru, General Manager J&K Grameen Bank Mohit Vij, senior officers. Staff of the bank across Jammu city was also present.
Speaking on the occasion, President & Zonal Head Jammu central O. P. Sharma reiterated the Bank's commitment of providing world-class banking and financial services to the people of the state.
The customers of the Bank along with other dignitaries present on the occasion hailed the efforts of the Bank in bringing high-tech banking services right up to their doorsteps and wished the Bank success for its future endeavours.
