J&K Bank Dedicates 4 more ATMs on eve of Eid-ul-Fitr
J&K Bank today dedicated 4 more ATMs to general public at Newa, Mirbazar, Shopian in Kashmir (South) and at Rajouri in Jammu (West).
With these 4 machines the number of ATMs in the South Zone (Kashmir) reached 57 and the total number of Bank ATMs went up to 427.
Syed Ashaq Hussain Zaidi, Zonal Head, Kashmir (South) inaugurated the ATMs at Newa and Shopian in presence of Manzoor Suharwardi Cluster Head Shopian, Bank's valuable customers, local traders and senior bank officials.
Speaking on the occasion, Syed Ashaq Hussain Zaidi said, "We are committed to the massive ATM expansion policy of our Bank and as a part of it 5 New ATMs were thrown open for general public in South Kashmir in the last 4 days."
He urged the people to avail the benefits of the customized banking products with a special reference to Apple Finance Scheme.
Zonal Head later visited HR Shopian business unit where he interacted with representatives of Fruit Growers as well Traders association who appreciated the role of JK Bank in economic prosperity of the state in general and Shopian area in particular.
The ATM at Mirbazar was inaugurated by M H Gattoo Cluster Head, Cluster-I Anantnag amid gathering of valuable customers, local businessmen and Bank officials.
Meanwhile, R K Chibber Zonal Head Jammu (West) inaugurated the ATM at Bus Stand Rajouri in Rajouri district amid simple but impressive function. It is sixth ATM in the Rajouri Town.
Expressing gratitude to the people for their firm support, R K Chibber said that bank was keen to extend banking facilities to every corner of the state. He also appealed the people to avail the bank's tailor-made products customized according to their requirements.
Locals present on the occasion thanked the Bank for extending high-tech services to their area.
