JK Bank continues customer interaction
J&K Bank's initiative of organizing interactive sessions with its customers continues inexorably and vigorously. Now it was Anantnag's Cluster-II that was in action and organized customer meets at various branches including Mattan, Larnoo, Chittergul, Bulbul Nowgam and Akingam.
The meetings saw customers turning up in large numbers to express themselves, their grievances, approvals, disapprovals and suggestions, Mr M H Gatoo, Cluster head presided over the sessions while the heads of concerned branches welcomed the customers on behalf of the Bank.
Hailing the services rendered by the J&K Bank, the Bank's customers thanked Dr Habeeb Drabu's announcement of relief and rehabilitation packages for the recession hit industries of the state. During the deliberations demands like dearth of staff in branches, installation of more ATMs, anywhere banking facility , computerization of manual branches (though few), e-banking facilities and providing of other high-tech services, were put forth before the bank officials.
The Cluster head in his address assured the participants of due consideration of their demands. "Your demands are genuine and I would love to take them up with the higher authorities" Mr Gatoo assured the gathering.
