J&K Bank – BAGICL tie-up Innovative service for Motor Policyholders launched
In its continuous efforts to be the most customer friendly company & provide hassle free services to its clients, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance today formally launched a new motor claim settlement service – Bajaj Allianz Drive-In Centres (BADIC) in Jammu. Mr. Madan Gupta, V.P., Jammu Central Zone, J&K Bank launched the services.
Launching the service, Mr. Gupta while lauding the efforts of M/S Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. said, "We take pride in having chosen Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company as our channel partners in General Insurance, who never fail to deliver what they promise."
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Maheep Gupta, Area Manager, Bajaj Allianz informed that this was one more step towards providing an instant settlement of the motor claims of our customers. He also informed that any insured having his private car/ two wheeler insurance can avail of this service of on the spot settlement of the claim for up to Rs.20000.
All that a client needs to do, according to him, is to lodge a claim with the company & the company's service engineer, after inspecting the vehicle, will settle the claim on spot.
The product provides an option that the client can get his vehicle repaired from any of the Bajaj Allianz Preferred Workshop (BAPW) with six months warranty or from any workshop of his choice as per his convenience within 30 days of settlement. The client will not be required to produce any bills, nor will he be required to wait for surveyor. Mr. Gupta also informed that his company had always been a pioneer in the field of introducing value added services to its customers & this was just an extension of the same.
