JK Bank ATM network reaches to 292
Three more J&K Bank ATMs in the city and one in Safapora township of Ganderbal were inaugurated amid impressive gatherings during the last two days. With this the total ATM network of the Bank has reached 292.
Speaking at the inaugural function of the ATM at Town Square, Gogji Bagh, Mr A K Mehta, Bank's Executive Director said, "Considering the growing significance of electronic distribution channels of which ATMs form an integral part for all retail transactions, J&K Bank ensures availability of customer-friendly services at the closest possible destinations". In fact we want to bring global level financial services to our customers where they are – in their homes, businesses, market places, remote areas and wherever they need them, Mehta added.
Addressing a well attended gathering after inaugurating ATM facility at Habba Kadal, Ms Shameema Firdous, MLA Habba Kadal constituency thanked the J&K Bank Chairman Dr Haseeb Drabu for fulfilling the demand of the locals.
The ATM in the High Court Complex was inaugurated by Mr Mohammed Ishaq Qadri, Advocate General, J&K. Yet another ATM was inaugurated in Safapora by Mr Iftikhar-ul-Hasnain Bari, Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal.
