An award ceremony to felicitate officers, who helped Business units in achieving Non-life Insurance targets, was held Saturday at J&K Bank, Zonal Office Central (Kashmir).
Cluster Head, Cluster-III, Mohammad Amin Khan presided over the function while as Abdul Hamid Banday, Zonal Head was the Chief Guest.
Coordinator Insurance, Showkat Ahmad Jan was also present in the ceremony to grace the 33 officials of different business units of Cluster-III with a Gift Cash Card.
Distributing the Gift Cash Cards, Banday appreciated the role of the officials towards the business units for achieving Non- Life targets. He expressed hope that all the employees of the bank shall continue to contribute for increasing the Non-Interest income of the bank.
Speaking on the occasion, Amin Khan also commended the role of officers and advised the participants to focus on the main business of the bank so that deposit and advance targets are also met besides surpassing the Insurance targets.
Showkat Jan said garnering insurance business does not require special training but require marketing skills which every banker does possess.
