Handwara gets JK Bank ATM, new-look premises
In its endeavor to provide technology driven services in new look, spacious and comfortable premises, J&K Bank dedicated the new state-of-the-art premises, equipped with an ATM, of its Handwara South branch to people today. The inauguration was done by Showkat Ahmed Mir, Development Commissioner Kupwara.
Speaking on the occasion, Showket Ahmed Mir lauded the efforts of the Bank for bringing in technology revolution in the area. " This modern and roomy premises equipped with the latest-technology-based banking solutions coupled with Installation of one more ATM in the area will certainly add to customer convenience", Mir said and advised the people to make judicious use of different credit schemes of the Bank for their economic upliftment.
After extending greetings to the people on the occasion Abdul Hamid Banday, Bank's Vice President for Kashmir North thanked people of the area for cooperating with the Bank in spite of space constraints at old premises. "Bank always aspires to provide magnificent working environs to its clients. By dedicating such cozy sites to our customers, Bank's endeavor is to provide convenient banking, both in terms of atmosphere as well as high speed technology driven services, even to the remotest areas of the state.
Pertinently it is the 25th ATM facility in North Zone.
Later, Attalluah Makhdoomi, Bank's Cluster Head presented vote of thanks.
