With a view to listen to its customers, J&K Bank Tullamulla business unit held an interactive customer meet today. The meeting was presided over by Cluster Head Mohammad Amin Khan in presence of Branch Head Tullamulla.
Those invited for the interactive meet represented the cross section of customers and groups from Tullamulla and its adjoining villages.
Notably, among those invited were the representatives of Tullamulla cooperative milk society. The meeting among other things discussed ways and means to improve milk production in the area and also the financial help that bank can extend to the society towards such an end. The officials from the bank assured all possible help for Dairy sector of the area.
The participants expressed satisfaction with the overall performance and the services of the bank and came up with their own suggestions for further improvisation. The customers also demanded installation of ATM which was assured that its installation is on cards and will be a reality in near future.
