‘Customer convenience is JK Bank's corporate philosophy'
With a view to achieve higher levels of customer gratification and receive firsthand feedback from the customers, J&K Bank organized a customer meet at its Bijbehara branch. Presided over by Mr B A Lone, Vice President and Zonal Head Kashmir (South), the meeting was attended by scores of customers. Besides, Mr G M Rather, Cluster Head and Mr Iftikhar Abdullah, branch head were also present on the occasion.
While appreciating Bank's efforts in helping people to avail finances for socio-economic empowerment, customers requested the Bank to install more ATMs in the area for customer convenience. Responding to the customer complaints, Zonal Head showed personal interest in addressing the issues on-the-spot.
After listening to customers, Zonal Head hailed the people of Bijbehara in being forthcoming about their grievances and demands. "J&K Bank has always found you cooperative and it is our corporate philosophy to provide our customers the best possible bouquet of products and services to enable them excel in their respective areas of occupation, thereby, making their lives better", Lone stated.
"As far as your demand for installation of one more ATM in the area is concerned, I feel pleasure in sharing with you that the management has already approved installation of two ATMS in your area", Zonal Head informed the gathering. " I have taken cognizance of your grievance that the staff strength in the branch needs to be improved and I assure you that I would take up the matter with higher authorities to see to it that there is an end to your inconvenience on that count", he added.
