Banker Customer Service Centre holds 27TH review meeting
With a view to formulate an effective redressal mechanism regarding customer grievances, the 27th review meeting of all the member banks of Banker Customer Service Centre (BCSC) was convened yesterday at Conference Hall, J&K Bank Corporate Headquarter Srinagar.
The meeting was chaired by Executive President J&K Bank Parvez Ahmad. Also present on the occasion were President Meera Jamwal and Vice President MY Khosa.
The meeting discussed various agenda items threadbare and stressed upon the need for urgent and efficient measures to be taken for providing better services to the customers.
Speaking on the occasion Parvez Ahmad said, "In simple terms, one can say that for all the member banks in the state and outside, it is through the best customer services only we can achieve greater business objectives."
The meeting was attended by all the member banks i.e. Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank, Bank of India, SBI, Allahabad bank, Union Bank of India, Vijay bank, Bank Of Baroda, BMC Bank, CBI, Indian Overseas Bank, Bank Of Maharastra, PN Bank and J&K Bank.
The absence of UCO Bank, Dena Bank, ED Bank, Punjab & Sindh bank was viewed seriously by the chair. Earlier, Fayaz Ahmad Baba, Incharge BCSC Srinagar welcomed the members and gave an over-view of the agenda items to be discussed in the meeting.
He concluded the meeting by presenting vote of thanks.
