J&K Bank inaugurates ATM Hub in Mumbai, conducts customer meet

J&K Bank has commissioned an Automated Teller Machine (ATM)-Hub at Business Unit (BU) Mahim in Mumbai, enabling customers to make transactions without having to wait in queues in the busy neighborhood of commercial and entertainment capital of India.

The bank’s Zonal Head Mumbai Syed Shafat Hussain Rufai inaugurated the hub in presence of valuable customers, Head Business Units Andheri and Bandra, and senior officials of the bank. The ATM was shifted from erstwhile BU Kalbadevi to BU Mahim.

Soon after the inauguration, Zonal Head Mumbai presided over a customer meet and interacted with the customers of BU Mahim.

Expressing gratitude towards the customers for their support and trust, the Zonal Head extended best wishes for the New Year and stated that he was humbled by the opportunity to greet the valuable customers of the bank in person besides being able to help provide convenience to them. “On my previous visit to the branch, I had promised that the bank shall create an ATM-Hub at this place to ensure that the customers don’t have to wait in queues for making transactions. I feel fortunate for being able to fulfill my promise in time”, he said.

Reiterating the message of the bank’s Chairman and Managing Director Rajesh Kumar Chhibber, the Zonal Head remarked that the bank was in safe and capable hands and reassured all the stakeholders regarding the strong fundamentals and bright future of the bank.  

As part of feedback, the customers expressed their complete trust in the bank’s initiatives and conveyed complete satisfaction the way bank was nurturing relationship with the customers. “Although my close relative is working in a PSU Bank but personally, I bank with J&K Bank because of its exceptional customer service and strong values”, said , A K Nandi – a former Vice President at Blue Star Limited and customer of the bank. Another customer, Shamsher Badrudin said, “I have shifted all my accounts to J&K Bank. The bank is like an extended family for me”.

Thanking the participants for their valuable time and active presence in the meeting, the Zonal Head reassured the customers that the bank remained committed to provide best-in-class products at competitive rates besides taking initiatives to enhance relationship with all the stakeholders.
