J&K Bank organizes Bandipora DLRC/DCC meet

J&K Bank conducted District Level Review Committee/District Consultative Committee (DLRC/DCC) meeting of Bandipora that was chaired by the District Development Commissioner (DDC) Bandipora Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza.
“All banks operating in the district have extended credit aggregating to an amount of Rs. 129.24 Cr, wherein Rs. 67.82 Cr have been disbursed under priority sector and Rs. 61.42 Cr under non-priority sector during the first quarter of current financial year. The banks achieved 14.46 pc of target in priority sector, 59.23 pc in non-priority sector and 22.57 pc in total Annual Credit Plan up to June 30, 2019”, Lead District Manager Bandipora G. M. Ahanger informed the meeting that was organized by the Lead Bank Bandipora.
He further said that J&K Bank alone has disbursed Rs. 107.50 Cr which amounts to 83.17 pc of the total credit disbursed by all banks operating in the district during the quarter under review.
Besides reviewing the performance of Banks and Govt. departments, the Chairman DLRC Shahbaz Ahmad urged the participants for speedy disposal of govt. sponsored cases. The meeting was attended by DDM NABARD Gurwant Singh and district coordinators of all the banks, govt. departments and other development agencies.
